PowerFull Protein Bites was born in early 2024, sparked by a shared journey and an important milestone we each reached in the gym. Together, we shed over 150 pounds, and our homemade protein bites became the key to staying consistent—not only with our workouts but also with healthier snacking habits that supported our goals. These bites became our “bridge” to better choices, keeping us “full and fueled” as we stayed on track. That’s how we found our name: PowerFULL Protein Bites.

With one shared mission in mind, we set out to create a snack that could be as nutritious as it was delicious, perfect for any time of day. As full-time working moms and best friends, we often found it challenging to grab a snack that was both tasty and packed with the essential macronutrients we needed to fuel our busy lives. These protein bites, loaded with natural ingredients, have changed the way we snack—making it easy to stay full and keep eating well. PowerFULL Protein Bites have not only impacted our lives but also the lives of our families, and now, we’re thrilled to share that with you.

Stephanie, a dedicated mom and 3rd grade teacher, had a slow start to fitness and health. Her journey to better health began after years of following the societal way of getting in shape, cardio and cutting calories. With the help of her best friend Kristen, she shed 110 lbs and learned how to eat nutritionally and workout through weightlifting. Now, she is commitment to empowering others through food that led her to co-found PowerFull Protein Bites, where she combines her newfound love for nutrition with her dedication to making high-quality snacks accessible. When she’s not dreaming up new flavors, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, and spreading the word about healthy living.

Kristen

 Kristen is a loving mother, full-time Occupational Therapist, and passionate health and fitness enthusiast. Juggling her career with motherhood, she thrives on finding balance, prioritizing both her family and her well-being. Outside of work, she channels her energy into an active lifestyle, focusing on strength, nutrition, and wellness. Her commitment to health is not just about personal fitness but also about setting a positive example for her family. With resilience and a can-do attitude, Kristen is an inspiration to those around her, proving that with passion and planning, it’s possible to pursue both career success and a healthy lifestyle.
